What these terms cover

These terms apply to this website and to joining the Vectorhelm waitlist. They do not constitute a subscription agreement for the Vectorhelm platform, because the platform is not yet commercially available. When it opens, the service will have its own terms and you will be asked to agree to them separately.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What Vectorhelm is, and what it is not

Vectorhelm is trading automation software. It connects to trading accounts you already hold and places orders according to rules you configure.

Vectorhelm is not a broker, not an exchange, and not a financial adviser. It does not hold client funds at any point, does not take custody of assets, and does not provide investment advice, recommendations or managed accounts. Nothing on this site is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

Nothing here is financial advice

Everything published on this site, including every article in the blog, is general information about trading systems and software. It is not personal advice, it does not take account of your circumstances, objectives or risk tolerance, and it should not be relied on as the basis for any trading decision.

Trading carries substantial risk of loss, and automated trading does not reduce that risk. If you need advice, get it from a qualified professional who is authorised to give it in your jurisdiction.

Forward-looking statements about the product

This site describes a product that is in development and not yet generally available. Descriptions of features, behaviour, venues and pricing reflect current intent and are subject to change before launch. Pricing shown is planned pricing, published so there are no surprises later — it is not an offer, and nothing on this site can be purchased today.

Being on the waitlist does not guarantee access, a particular timeline, or any specific feature.

Accuracy of published content

We take care to be accurate, particularly where an article describes a third party such as an exchange, a broker or a proprietary trading firm. Those third parties change their rules, fees and APIs without notice, and an article that was correct when written can stop being correct.

Where an article depends on a third party’s terms, check the current version with that third party before acting on it. We make no warranty that content here is complete, current or error-free.

Acceptable use

You may read, link to and quote this site with attribution. You may not:

• Use it in a way that breaks any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its supporting infrastructure.
• Interfere with the site’s operation, including by automated request volume intended to degrade it.
• Republish substantial portions of the content as your own.

Links to other sites

We link to third-party sites, including exchanges, brokers and documentation, where it helps the reader. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their terms or their handling of your data.

Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this site belong to Vectorhelm unless stated otherwise. Third-party names and marks, such as exchange and platform names, belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively to say what the software connects to. Their use does not imply endorsement or partnership.

Liability

This site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it or from reliance on anything published on it, including trading losses.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the current version is always the one published here.
